IT Vendor Obligations When Working with NTC
  • NTC Network Compliance: All government IT systems MUST connect through NTC infrastructure. IT vendors cannot implement parallel private networks for government clients.
  • Security Clearance: IT vendor staff accessing NTC data centres require NTC security clearance + NADRA background check via NADRA — National Database.
  • Data Localization: Government data must remain within NTC/NDC facilities — no hosting on foreign/public clouds (AWS, Azure, etc.) without NTC + Ministry of IT written approval.
