Sindh Social Security Coverage for IT Companies
The Sindh Employees Social Security Institution (SESSI) is the provincial social security body established under the Sindh Employees Social Security Act, 2016 (PDF). It provides social protection to workers employed in industrial and commercial establishments in Sindh through cash benefits and medical care. All IT companies, software houses, and BPO operations with 5 or more employees in Sindh are required to register with SESSI and make monthly contributions.
