IT Zone Tax Exemption (SRO 1047(I)/2019): IT/ITeS companies registered with
KPITB and operating in notified IT zones (including the upcoming KP IT Park Peshawar and Hayatabad IT Zone) are eligible for
100% income tax exemption for 5 years and
50% for the next 3 years under Section 155A read with the KP-specific SRO, subject to annual revenue declaration and
PSEB registration.
3. Compliance Requirements for IT/ITeS CompaniesSOURCE VERIFIED
A. KPITB Registration
- Mandatory for all IT/ITeS companies operating in KP to avail provincial incentives
- Registration fee: PKR 5,000 for startups (up to 3 years), PKR 15,000 for established companies
